Recruitment is an important part of Scouting. Bringing new youth into the Scouting program keeps the unit viable and healthy. New youth bring energy, and enthusiasm to your unit. Having a year-round growth plan will help attract new Scouts. Units are encouraged to identify volunteers to be New Member Coordinators to engage new Scouts and their families. For more information and a recruitment playbook, visit the Unit recruiting Hub -
