"A Scout is reverent. They are reverent toward God. They are faithful in their religious duties and respects the convictions of others in matters of custom and religion"
Duty to God and Country is an event open to both Scouts BSA Troops and Cub Scout Packs.
This years theme is "The Olympic Spirit"
Our Olympic theme will allow Scouts to experience the Olympic Spirit of competition, as well as allow them to immerse themselves in the culture of other nations. The goal of Olympism is to create a way of life by blending sport with culture, education and international co-operation. Olympism seeks to create a way of life based on the joy found in effort, the educational value of a good example and respect for universal fundamental ethical principles. To this effect, the Olympic Movement engages in actions to promote peace.
Activities will include patrol and den races, cultural competitions, gateway competitions and much more!
