Volunteers make Scouting happen and successful. We would like to invite all Scouting volunteers and their families to join us for our first Volunteer Appreciation Picnic. This event is free to attend with the help of generous donors. Hamburgers, hotdogs, and delicious summertime picnic side dishes will be the feature of our lunchtime picnic. Please bring your camping/sports chairs as seating and tables are limited. Also feel free to bring your cornhole boards, frisbees, and other outside games as there will be plenty of space to have some fun.

This event will be Saturday, August 19 from 11 AM - 2 PM (Eastern) / 10 AM - 1 PM (Central) with lunch served at approximately 12 noon (Eastern) / 11 AM (Central).  We will be located at the Harris County Cattlemen’s Association Complex at 10698 GA-116 near Hamilton, GA.
