Cost: $35 per Scouts BSA participant. A $5 discount will be applied if registered prior to 8/1/2025 and a $10 late fee will be assessed if registering after 9/1/2025.

$35.00 per Scouts BSA Youth
$12.00 per Adult / Leader Attendee
Early Discount
Before 8/1/2025 a discount of $5.00 will apply to all Scouts BSA Youth Registrants.
Late fee
After 9/1/2025 a fee of $10.00 will apply to all Scouts BSA Youth Registrants.
Cancellation Policy
A full refund will granted if requested on or before 8/13/2025. A 50% refund will be honored if requested on or before 9/8/2025. There will be no refunds for participants who cancel after registration closes on 9/8/2025 or do not show up for the event.
