Cancellation Policy
No refunds for participants who cancel after registration closes or do not show up for the event. If you know ahead of time that a Scout will not be able to attend; we would appreciate being told so the class slots may be opened to someone else. Please notify Bobby Childs at wrctgc@bellsouth.net with any Scout substitutes when checking in to confirm information is passed onto the Merit Badge Counselors attendance report.
