This year’s Duty to God and Country will be a full day of old-fashioned country fun around the Chattahoochee River. A time when a handshake was a persons’ commitment, when we did not have to lock doors, and we knew who our neighbors were and helped each other. We are taking our Scouts back to a much simpler time when we had sack races, threw hatchets, played “Kick the Can”, and the good o’ historical family feud between the Hatfield and the McCoy’s.
The event is open to all registered Scouts and their Leaders. Cub Scouts may participate. There will be Troop/Pack Competitions as well as Patrol/Den Competitions.
For more details download the Leaders Guide.
